These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the EdVisingU website and all associated services (collectively, the “Services”), which include, but are not limited to, voice and chat interactions, coaching, mentorship, systems integrations, recommendations, academic courses, AI coaching, and any other services or products provided by 15717698 Canada Inc. doing business as EdVisingU (“EdVisingU,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Description of Services

EdVisingU provides a broad range of services designed to assist you with educational guidance, personal coaching, academic course recommendations, systems integration support, mentorship, and AI-driven coaching tools. All content and interactions provided by EdVisingU are for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only. None of our Services constitutes official academic, financial, legal, or professional advice.

2. Use of Information and Services

While we strive to maintain accurate and current information, our Services may contain errors, omissions, or outdated content, including any recommendations, coaching insights, or AI-generated responses. Users are responsible for independently verifying all information and should not solely rely on our Services when making significant decisions. Your use of any advice or recommendations is entirely at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EdVisingU and 15717698 Canada Inc. from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services or your violation of these Terms.

Our Services may include links to or integration with third-party social media platforms, and we may share content through our own social media channels. Please note that EdVisingU does not control and is not responsible for any content, communications, or contacts created or shared on these platforms. Any information, contact details, or communications on social media are the sole responsibility of the individual users or third parties involved. You agree that any reliance on social media content is at your own risk, and EdVisingU, its officers, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any claims or damages arising from your interaction with or reliance upon such social media content.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or mediation, as agreed upon by the parties, with the jurisdiction located in Ontario.
